Whitey was put outside and abandoned by his “family.” He approached a kind person, starving and begging for food. Luckily, that person brought him to Eleventh Hour Rescue. Whitey is now neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and tested negative for FIV and FELV. He is SOOOOO friendly, he even rolls over for belly rubs!
